[Bug 297] Missing function "dn_skipname"

I'd like to point out that I have only seen 2 applications needing dn_skipname
(of 850+) and those are libspf2 and wine.

I can provide a patch for uclibc if you still are interested, but I don't think
its worth it. Better provide patches to the apps needing it.

I suggest closing this bug.
