Summary:                    On Mips, returning from a signal handler crashes the
application
Description: 
On Mips, program segfaults when returning from a signal handler.

This may be the same as bug=480. But as 0.9.28 is NOT binary compatible
with uClibc 0.9.26 I need a backport of the bugfix.
