Valgrind has been updated to version 2.4.0 and the download is now
available from http://valgrind.org/downloads

Valgrind 2.4.0 doesn't compile cleenly and the patch won't apply
(realted?). Valgrind 2.2.0 is still available from
http://valgrind.org/downloads/archive/
