Summary:                    build with nios2 stopped at malloc
Description: 
Build on the svn with nios2 stopped at asking for heap.h,
but the heap.h is in the malloc dir.

  CC libc/signal/sigsetops.o
  CC libc/signal/sysv_signal.o
  CC libc/signal/sigwait.o
make: *** No rule to make target `heap.h', needed by
`libc/stdlib/malloc/malloc.o'.  Stop.
