[PATCH] Add sha384sum applet

This patch adds a sha384sum applet. Most of the implementation is shared with the existing sha512sum applet.

I was not able to get reliable applet size information from make_single_applets.sh and size_single_applets.sh so I left the reported applet size the same as sha512sum.
