Hi all!

This second revision to this patch series adds the following changes:
1. Add missing header in executable.c (patch 15)
2. Add support for bb_system, a new "system()" wrapper that uses the
spawn_and_wait function to make a "system()" like call, which makes
all of the functions that use "system()" compatible with BB_EXECVP.
