[PATCH] shell script error management in ash (set of 6 patches)

 Unfortunately, I discovered that set -E was completely wrong and two bugs
make information like $FUNCNAME and $LINENO unreliable.
 The good news is I have the patch that fixes these problems. Moreover I
have updated the test suite adding comparison with bash results.
 AFAIK, the patched busybox ash is more precise and more informative than
bash.
 Please, give it a try and give me your opinions.
