You did not purchase a pro version of Busybox, but a pro version of a
Busybox installer.
This list supports Busybox, not the numerous (third-party) Busybox
installers.
If you can't install busybox on your phone, you would do better looking
for support from the developers of the installer.

Complete guess, but...
As I understand, the main function of an installer is to copy a Busybox
binary into some part of the path, then create links to it.
This could fail if your root filesystem is mounted read-only.
So, if you've got a root filemanager (Root Explorer comes to mind, but
I do not mean to endorse any particular project...), you could try going
to /, remounting r/w, and check that /system/bin is writeable for root.
If it is, you might as well copy the Busybox binary over and install the
symlinks yourself, but the installer might work.
