Yes, but at the same time you made the FreeBSD port unfetchable because
size and SHA256 digest changed.

Please, whenver replacing files, use new names (such as
busybox-1.22.1-ash2.patch - note the added "2"), and possibly leave the
old patches sitting in place for a fortnight.
