How to contact Philips firmware developers?

Have you tried the normal response channels?

e.g. one of those (Philips headquarter is in Netherlands)

From a friend I've been told the following: For Philips you need
to contact either the Dutch (Netherlands), German or French
support lines. Most other country offices doesn't seem to react
on more than pure novice, repair and waranty questions.
