I am not sure i understand what you are talking about.
"Busybox" is a set of tools related to systemadministration like
ls,ps,vi, etc.
It has nothing todo with users that is completely in the hands
of the system designer.
You can used "useradd" to add a new user to your system, that is
unrelated to your interface/protocol.
