[PATCH] getty: Wait until all output written to stdout hasbeentransmitted

To put it another way, sessions begin with getty.
One of its jobs is to ensure that there's no leftover
crap from a previous session that could hang over and
cause problems for the next one.  (Think malicious
user queuing nasty things up on the serial port and
then logging out, in an environment where the flow
control would keep the stuff pending output.)

It's not the _first_ session on a port that is the
reason that getty does the discard!
