getty takes lot of time to throw Login promt

Hi,
          I am using buxybox 1.19.2. getty process takes about
1Min45secs (105secs) to throw Login prompt. Could you please suggest
anychanges that can reduce this delay.
in the inittab file i am using
::respwan:/sbin/getty -L ttyS0 115200 vt100
