ARM GCC-4.2.1 dynamically linked busybox-1.15.0 failed

This is probably a problem with your toolchain or the runtime 
environment and not with busybox.

The simple advice is, if the static binary works, then use it.

If you want to use the dynamical binary, then boot with the static 
binary anyway and try to run the dynamic binary from the working static 
shell. You are much more likely to get useful diagnostics that way.
