blkid: Following are two git patches to print the fs-type on bb's blkid

Hello list,

Iv'e missing the fs-type output on bb's blkid.
So I decide to append it.

This is the new help screen:

BusyBox v1.15.0.svn (2009-05-30 13:11:50 CEST) multi-call binary

Usage: blkid [dev ...]


Print UUIDs of all filesystems.

     dev specify device(s) to probe (default: all devices)

Give it a try ...
