EMTEC Q120 - How to format in FAT32 ?

mkfs.vfat,

Samba will do the share, may be see mount point of partition and fix it
on /etc/smb.conf 

may, also, try :
mount -o remount -o rw /mnt/WINDOWS_NT (whatever is the mount point ) 

I don't know how busybox support ntfs , but if Q120 have one may write
on it ?!
