[PATCH] erase all size parameter

I'm pleased to see that eraseall is in busybox. att'd is a small patch
that allows passing a size argument to the tool and it should erase
upper(size/blocks) flash blocks instead of the entire partition.

I use it in combination with dd for upgrading and for partially used
partitions it speeds up things.

Expanding it with an offset within the partition is trivial but I didn't
include it in this patch (I added it originally, but IIRC; never used
it).
