udhcpc usage

ok, now solved that part too: had meanwhile removed the full path to the
script from config, now added back, and no need anymore for -s, and the
script now executes fine.
Now remains the strange broadcast setting. I've now configured to not
automatically set the breoadcast, but that makes still no difference: I
get a class B broadcast while netmask is class C, and seems that this
depends on my somewhat 'wrong' usage of a B class network 172.16.x.x as
C class network with 255.255.255.0 mask.
I remember that in early Linux days (kernel 2.0 and before) I did see
such behaviour there too, but nowadays all distros work fine with such a
scenario....
