It needs more documentation.  (Spawn specific application... what 
application(s)?  Is it in /etc/acpi?  What's the format of that?)

The reason include/usage.h has different help levels (trivial, full, example) 
is so things like this can wind up in BusyBox.html without bloating the 
binary with runtime help...
