wget downloads file with wrong size

Sorry, the problem cannot be reproduced anymore after two days in which
it could be. Maybe tecchannel.de had their caching webserver restarted,
I don't know. Consider this issue closed. I would reopen it, should it
ever occur again, then with full strace logs.
