actually, i just noticed i left in one extraneous

  #include "platform.h"

in e2fsprogs/mke2fs.c since there was no include of libbb.h there, but
it turns out it's still getting that file via some other include.
so, for consistency, you can whack out that very first patch hunk and
it still goes in cleanly.
