I'm a particular fan of Debian's bug-tracking-system (BTS), primarily
because it's entirely email driven. I find it terribly convenient to
add a BTS command to the top of an email I'm writing anyways for a
human and cc the email to the BTS. The two largest projects using the
BTS are Debian, of course, and KDE. Debian is one of the largest
distributed development systems of which I know, and it works very
well for them.

Cheers,
Shaun
