Note that 66.92.53.140 is in point of fact the machine the mx record for my

So basically your email administrator is going "Hah, this guy's sending email 
out through the same IP address his incoming email goes to!  Obviously spam!"  
This is not an assumption that matches modern reality:

This problem is not at my end, and my general response to anybody whose email 
is so pathologically broken they're effectively sticking their fingers in 
their ears and going "la la la" is to just not bother trying to talk to them 
at all...
