compile busybox-1.01 error

Hi
   when I cross compiled busybox-1.01 with arm-linux-gcc, I received some errors as follow:

   cc1: Invalid option 'align-functions=0'
   cc1: Invalid option 'align-jumps=0'
   cc1: Invalid option 'align-loops=0'

make: *** [/home/xbz/busybox-1.01/applets/applets.0] Error 1

note: I had changed all -malign-* to -falign-*, and the version of arm-linux-gcc is 2.95.3.

so how to solve this problem? thanks.
