[PATCH] use ENABLE_FEATURE_CLEAN_UP in fdflush.c and minor change.

Hi,
This converts fdflush.c to the new ENABLE_FEATURE_CLEAN_UP stuff.
There is also a minor change.
Size is the same as before.
