I've enabled anonymous ftp (and uploads) on "colo2.netgate.com"  
(207.14.102.34 and 192.207.126.12).

You'll need to "cd uploads" before you drop the file.  Note that you 
won't be able to 'list' the directory.  (Such is
life on the modern Internet.)

Once its uploaded, I'll get it moved to a different machine, where the 
ISP (Hurricane) provides .torrent service, and possibly put
it up for HTTP downloads.
