It is impossible to say. Maybe network-related problems? Or a target
hardware problem? Study at the tftp server logs and see what the
server thinks. Look at the network traffic with tcpdump.

If you still suspect the tftp client in busybox, try to replace it
with a another tftp client and see if that works better. And please
report back to the list with the solution! Good luck!
