Your /etc/inittab file appears to be written for sysvinit.
The syntax for /etc/inittab with busybox init is different.
Please read the fine documentation on busybox.net regarding
the syntax for /etc/inittab for busybox init, and/or start
by using the sample busybox/examples/inittab file.
