[BusyBox] Problem with start-stop-daemon

Hello all, 
 
I just download the latest version of the cvs (After a long time) and I'm
facing a new problem. 
 
I have a script that has the next line: 
start-stop-daemon -S -x /bin/httpd  -- -h /home/httpd/html -c
/etc/httpd.conf 
 
The httpd is a link to busybox. 
 
The httpd is not running - I know that from `ps -A` but still I'm getting a
message that the process is running... (/bin/httpd already running.) 
 
any idea?
