[BusyBox] what is 'msvc' all about?

  perusing the commands in BB, and i ran across 'msvc', which looks like 
it might be useful for something i want to do, but the online docs are not
really enlightening.  the docs don't define the term "service" although, 
from looking at the source, it looks like any service file under 
/etc/minit, analogous to services under /etc/init.d on other linux 
systems.  or so it seems.

  also, it's not clear what it means for options -r and -s to "Tell 
supervise ...".  what's a "supervise"?  and is there a more comprehensive
writeup on this command?  thanks.
