[BusyBox] another applet for you

I don't mean to be a bother, but i've just written my first busybox applet
so I thought i'd show you guys what i've got so far. I know there's a
feature freeze on so I know it's not going into 1.00, I just wanted to put
it out there since it'll be used in a busybox-1.00-pre8 build for the next
release of PlumpOS.

It's a very menial eject implementation with support for tray closing and
some very bad argument parsing. Sorry I haven't learned how getopt works
yet...
