The reason I'm trying to use that version is because
the init for 1.00-pre5 crashes as soon as it starts
and I'm trying to verify what the problem is. This is
also true for 1.00-pre4. If I pass in init=/bin/sh
that also crashes.
However, if I boot straight off Erik's pre-built
rootfs for ARM I am fine and passing in init=/bin/sh
to his rootfs also is fine. Also, if I instead use the
standard SysV init things also works. If I boot with
something that works and then pivot root to the rootfs
I created, then busybox stuff works just fine. Could
this be a glibc 2.3.2 problem with Busybox on ARM at
booting?
