[BusyBox] [PATCH] Fix httpd on CVS (part 2)

Hi,

   I found another bug in httpd. When sending CGI
data, httpd will not stop sending when the connection
is closed. This bug is similar to the bug I report
in Dec. 8.

   This patch fix this problem. It check the return
value of bb_full_write and stop reading from CGI if
the connection is closed. Please apply this patch.
