[BusyBox] CONFIG_FEATURE_SH_STANDALONE_SHELL broken?

Is CONFIG_FEATURE_SH_STANDALONE_SHELL broken?

I compiled 1.0.0-pre3 with it enabled, however:

# ./busybox ash
