[BusyBox] Busybox : can't access tty ; job control turned off

Hi all,
I have compiled "Busybox-1.0-pre3" and "tinylogin-1.4" with "mips-uclibc-gcc" cross compiler for NFS rootfs.
Then i ported the Busybox on to the target, after bootning my kernel , it displays like ....

-sh: can't access tty; job control turned off 

Even after this , i'm getting the terminal environment, i can use all other commands of Busybox, but when i run Tinylogin commands like getty , tinylogin
it's giving error like...

# getty
-sh: getty: not found

What could be my mistake,
your suggestion is great help
