[BusyBox] Busybox Cross Compilation Problem

Might it be that:

The kernel is self-contained, it has all its own include files, and uses 
the flag -nostdinc (or whatever it's called). Busybox isn't, it uses the 
Linux/libc include files, so you'll need to point the toolchain to it
