[BusyBox] Live updating busybox?

Hello again,
	Okay, I think I fixed the HTML garbage with Outlook (shudders),
so this post should be clean.  Anyway, if you read my post regarding the
live updating, you'll notice I make reference to Pivot Root.  This
handles the issue of init, as it yanks the tablecloth out from under
your current root.  There were some posts a while ago (around a year
ago, if I remember corretly) regarding pivotroot which may be of
interest.
