[BusyBox] telnetd crashes with devfs

Hi there,

on my embedded system running

Linux           : 2.4.21-rmk1
Processor       : Arm920Tid(wb) rev 0 (v4l)
Hardware        : ATMEL AT91RM9200

telnetd crashes when I try to login and I use devfs. Linux without devfs works fine.

httpd works fine in both cases.

I have

CONFIG_FEATURE_DEVFS=y
# CONFIG_DEVFSD is not set
CONFIG_TELNETD=y
CONFIG_FEATURE_TELNETD_INETD=y

Any ideas?
