The 'tar: unrecognized option `--no-same-owner' is a rather large
hint.  Busybox tar does not support the `--no-same-owner' option.
Your ipkg packaging tool appears to want to use that option,
which is an option that is specific to GNU tar.

You either need to use GNU tar, to make ipkg happy, or modify
ipkg to make busybox tar happy.
