[BusyBox] telnetd.c does not compile!

Hi there,

again, since it's still not fixed:

telnetd.c does not compile if you select "Support call from inetd only" for 
telnetd, i.e. define CONFIG_FEATURE_TELNETD_INETD.

The attached patch fixes that.
