I don't think ntpclient has the audience, or sharable code component
to make it a good fit to the rest of busybox.  You are free to prove
me wrong, and if you have some compelling reason to shoehorn it into
your copy of busybox, I would of course answer any questions that you
might need answered.  Try it out as a separate executable first, if
you can.
