[BusyBox] patch to replace /etc/shadow

Hi All!

I hope than this attached patch could be interest for someone.
The patch makes able to change standard place of shadow db
(/etc/shadow) to another directory. It's depend on busybox shadow
file usage only.
Use 'make menuconfig' 

Login/Password Management Utilities  --->
[*] Use internal password and group functions rather than system functions
...
--- Common options for adduser, deluser, login, su                                         
[*] Support for shadow passwords                                                           
[*]     Use busybox shadow password functions                                      
│        (/etc)     Use busybox shadow password prefix (NEW)
