[BusyBox] telnetd and httpd problem

hi all,
I am facing problem with telnetd and httpd.....

I am able to get ping replies from the messages
....... but telnetd and httpd are not working ....

I am using  busybox-1.00-pre1.tar.gz       

I am getting following message when i am doing
telnet...

Trying 10.107.13.13...
Connected to 10.107.13.13 (10.107.13.13).
Escape character is '^]'.
Connection closed by foreign host.

and when I am trying telnet 10.107.13.13 80....... I
am getting following message

Trying 10.107.13.13...
Connected to 10.107.13.13 (10.107.13.13).
Escape character is '^]'.


Can anyone tell me what could be the problem.....

and also tell me  what other information needed to
trace the problem.............
