[BusyBox] killall -q option

Hi group,
I think that I have found a small bug in the killall applet (or actually the kill applet) in the 1.0.0-pre1 version.
When I do killall -q program, busybox returns with an error message, telling me that 'rogram' is a bad signal name or something like that. Sorry, but I do not have the exact error message here. There must be something wrong with the argc/argv handling in the kill.c file, because the first character of the program name to kill is removed. I also tried killall -q -program. Then still the error mesage, but now with the first character.
