[BusyBox] buildroot gcc_target fix

I couldn't get gcc_target to work on buildroot building for an
ARM target.  I played around a bit, and got it to work.  I
hardcode the build architecture in the patch, but I don't know
how to tell configure to figure it out on it's own.  In any case,
the patch is attached.
