[BusyBox] ash exits after external commands

Hi

I'm using Busybox 0.60.5, better said I try to use it, together with 
glibc (2.2.5) (gcc 3.2).Busybox is statically linked.

After login via Tinylogin I can execute exactly one command 
successfully, then the shell (ash) exits and I have to login again.
Internal commands like pwd are ok, but after external commands like ls, 
just exit.

Any idea?
Maybe sth. wrong with my root fs?
