[BusyBox] bug#1296: [patch] syslogd cmd line switch to rotate /var/log/messages

A small patch which adds the '-s NUM' option to syslogd.
If /var/log/messages is larger than NUM KB, it gets moved to
messages.0 and a new empty log file is created.
