Hi list,
i'm new to BusyBox (in fact i'm using it only via the ttylinux mini
distribution) and i have a problem:
If i'm starting up the box with a graphic card installed all works fine, but
in case i remove the vga adapter, the system reboots somewhere after the
init scripts. I can't get a syslog or something else, because i'm running
the system out of a ramdisk. Is there perhaps a known problem with a part of
busybox? Perhaps with init?
I can see, that the first init scripts are running fine (without a vga
adapter), because the LCDd prints a short message on the LCD, but than the
system resets and starts again...
Any hints?
I'm using:
Kernel 2.4.18 with devfs support (no aditional patches)
devfs deamon to provide compatibility to the old /dev scheme
ttylinux 2.7 (busybox 0.60.5 included)
some additional libraries and binaries to use vdr, lirc and lcdproc
Thanks in advance,
Oliver
