[BusyBox] off topic: genext2fs for filesystems larger than 8MB (was: 'device table support' for mkcramfs?)

Ok. I uploaded the 3 main patches. Also i managed to
fix the bug in the block bitmap. The testcases i had
work fine now. I combined the 3  bug fixes together
into a separate patch and uploaded that too.

Let me know if you have any problems. I will probably
do some more testing later on.
