[BusyBox] request feature for 'mine'

can be added to mine a feature to exclude files (by pattern) of
installation?

real reason: no space to `mine -i linux24.gem` :-(
nice reason1: excluding it also from flist to have a consistent system.
nice reason2: that exclusion pattern could be considered for updating
systems.

incremental installing based on inclusion patterns would be nice too ;-)

P.S. i now i should use flistdel on target config, but... is it too hard to
make my life a little simpler :-)
